street racing in Las Vegas. please tell me where?

I've lived in Vegas for some time now and I want to know where I can street race. watch this a video on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsN3hkpT-Yg Can someone tell me where this is? I know its in Las Vegas, but thats all I know. Can someone tell me what days in the streets and they do not do this please!?

IS it illegal? I know where I live is, but I do not know Latvia. I know that innocent people sometimes get their car stolen, so that some people can use them for street racing after the removal of engines and increasing competition for those engines, which I think are terrific. Excuse me but I do not know the answer to the question.
